and personal nature of your situation. Our commitment and promise to you is of complete confidentiality. We make
it our goal to protect your privacy. Your test results are completely confidential. Testing is only done with
your written consent, and in the case of a minor child, their parent or legal guardian. Your confidential genetic information
is totally private and will never be distributed with proper authorization or consent. In order for your results to
be discussed with anyone other than the tested party or parties, we must have your written authorization to do so. Results
will only be released to the tested party or parties. In the case of minor children, results will be released to the
parent or legal guardian.
